Terms and conditions of the promotion

Warunki Promocji „Jesień w Hossolandzie”

1.  Organizatorem promocji jest Hossoland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, z siedzibą w Szczecinie (70-535 Szczecin) przy ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, KRS 0000673582, REGON 367051556, NIP 8513206892, zwana dalej „Organizatorem”.

2. Participant - a person who meets the criteria indicated in §2 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3. Promocja – opisana promocja organizowana jest pod nazwą: „Jesień w Hossolandzie”.

4. Promocja dotyczy biletów zakupionych online w dniach od 19 września 2025 r. od godz. 16:00 do 3 października 2025 r. do godz. 15:00 oraz w kasie Parku od 20 września 2025 r. do 3 października 2025 r. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany terminu jej obowiązywania

5. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or amend the terms and conditions.

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Organizatorem promocji jest Hossoland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością z siedzibą w Szczecinie (70-535 Szczecin), przy ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców KRS: 0000673582, REGON: 367051556, NIP: 8513206892, zwana dalej „Organizatorem”.

2. Participant - a person who fulfils the conditions specified in §2 of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3. Terms and Conditions - these terms and conditions of the Promotion.

4. Promocja – niniejsza promocja organizowana pod nazwą „Jesień w Hossolandzie”.

5. Bilety objęte promocją:
   a. bilet normalny – 99 zł
   b. bilet ulgowy – 89 zł
   c. bilet grupowy – 89 zł
   d. bilet dla seniora – 89 zł
   e. bilet dla kobiety w ciąży – 89 zł
   f. bilet dla osoby z niepełnosprawnością – 89 zł
   g. bilet dla osoby z niepełnosprawnością (ulgowy) – 79 zł

6. Uczestnik może zakupić bilety objęte promocją wyłącznie na stronie internetowej www.hossoland.pl oraz w kasie Parku.

7. Promocja dotyczy biletów zakupionych w formie elektronicznej oraz kasie Parku na sezon niski w 2025 r., zgodnie z kalendarzem otwarcia Parku dostępnym na stronie internetowej Organizatora.

8. Bilety zakupione w ramach promocji w formie elektronicznej zostaną wysłane na adres e-mail wskazany przez Uczestnika podczas składania zamówienia.

9. The promotion does not combine with other discounts and reductions.

10. Bilety promocyjne nie podlegają dalszej odsprzedaży, zamianie na inny typ biletu, ani rozszerzeniu ich ważności. Nie ma możliwości dopłaty do innego rodzaju biletu.

11. The purchase of a promotional ticket signifies the Participant's acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

1. The Promotion is only addressed to natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code, who have their place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland and are at least 18 years old on the date of entering the Promotion.

2. W celu skorzystania z promocji, Uczestnik zobowiązany jest do zakupu biletów objętych promocją na stronie internetowej Organizatora: www.hossoland.pl lub w kasie Parku.

3. By joining the Promotion, the Participant confirms that he/she has read the terms and conditions of the Promotion, accepts the terms and conditions and meets all the criteria required to participate in the Promotion.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The terms and conditions of this Promotion are available on the Organiser's website: www.hossoland.pl.

   Matters not covered by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Rules and Regulations for Online Ticket Sales, available on the website indicated.

2. Promotional tickets offered as part of this Promotion cannot be purchased using the instalment system. Promotional tickets can only be purchased by making a one-time payment of the entire amount due for the ticket.

3. Any complaints relating to the promotion must be made in writing to the Organiser's registered office address or by email to info@hossoland.pl within 14 days of the end of the promotion.

4. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za niedostarczenie biletu online wynikające z błędnie podanych danych kontaktowych przez Uczestnika.

5. The number of promotional tickets may be limited. If the pool is exhausted, the promotion may end earlier than scheduled.

6. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or amend the terms and conditions.
