Tak! Chcemy, aby w Hossolandzie każdy czuł się jak u siebie. Oferujemy dedykowane bilety dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, a część naszych atrakcji jest dostosowana do Gości o różnorodnych potrzebach.
Infrastruktura Parku — w tym toalety, ścieżki i dedykowane wejścia na atrakcje — została zaprojektowana z myślą o ułatwieniu poruszania się na wózkach oraz zapewnieniu komfortu wszystkim Gościom.
Posiadacze karty parkingowej dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami mogą skorzystać z bezpłatnego parkingu. Wystarczy odebrać bilet parkingowy w kasach na terenie Parku.

Small snacks and water in plastic bottles may be brought into the park. For safety reasons alcoholic beverages, drinks in glass bottles and cans are not permitted. However, we would like to remind you that there are many food and beverage outlets in the park, offering a variety of menus, from snacks and fast food to lunch dishes and desserts.
No, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in the park except in a designated smoking area.
Yes, there is a spacious car park next to the park for cars and coaches.
Obecnie Park nie posiada własnej bazy noclegowej. Na stronie hossoland.pl, w zakładce „Noclegi”, znajdziesz nasze propozycje hoteli zlokalizowanych w pobliżu Parku.
Don't worry! The park will be open regardless of weather conditions. In exceptional circumstances, some attractions may be temporarily unavailable.

Yes! On the birthday, our guests (up to 18 years old) can enter the park for a symbolic 1 PLN. The same applies to birthday parties held in the park – the birthday kid can enter for 1 PLN.

Unfortunately, for safety reasons, animals (except assistance dogs) are not allowed in the park.
Children under 13 years of age in the park must be accompanied by an adult.
Bilet i przypisany do niego kod QR są jednorazowe — po opuszczeniu Parku nie można wejść ponownie na ten sam bilet, nawet tego samego dnia. W wyjątkowych sytuacjach, np. gdy musisz pilnie wyjść do samochodu, poinformuj o tym pracownika ochrony przed opuszczeniem Parku. Pracownik odnotuje Twoje wyjście i umożliwi Ci ponowne wejście.
