Terms and conditions of the „Autumn in Hossoland” Promotion”

1.  The organiser of the promotion is Hossoland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Szczecin (70-535 Szczecin) at ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, KRS 0000673582, REGON 367051556, NIP 8513206892, hereinafter referred to as the „Organiser”.

2. Participant - a person who meets the criteria indicated in §2 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion - the described promotion is organised under the name: „Autumn in Hossoland”.”.

4. The promotion applies to tickets purchased online between 19 September 2025 from 4pm and 26 October 2025 until 3pm and at the Park ticket office between 20 September 2025 and 26 October 2025. The organiser reserves the right to change the date of its validity

5. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or amend the terms and conditions.

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the promotion is Hossoland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Szczecin (70-535 Szczecin), ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, entered in the register of entrepreneurs KRS: 0000673582, REGON: 367051556, NIP: 8513206892, hereinafter referred to as the „Organiser”.

2. Participant - a person who fulfils the conditions specified in §2 of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3. Terms and Conditions - these terms and conditions of the Promotion.

4. Promotion - this promotion organised under the name „Autumn in Hossoland”.

5. Tickets included in the promotion:
   a. normal ticket - 99 zł
   b. reduced ticket - PLN 89
   c. group ticket - PLN 89
   d. ticket for seniors - PLN 89
   e. ticket for a pregnant woman - PLN 89
   f. ticket for a person with a disability - PLN 89
   g. ticket for a disabled person (concessionary) - PLN 79

6. Participants can only purchase promotional tickets on the website www.hossoland.pl and at the Park's box office.

7. The promotion applies to tickets purchased electronically and at the Park box office for the 2025 low season, according to the Park's opening calendar available on the Organiser's website.

8. Tickets purchased electronically as part of the promotion will be sent to the email address indicated by the Participant when placing the order.

9. The promotion does not combine with other discounts and reductions.

10. Promotional tickets are not resellable, exchangeable for another ticket type or extendable. It is not possible to add a surcharge for another type of ticket.

11. The purchase of a promotional ticket signifies the Participant's acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

1. The Promotion is only addressed to natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code, who have their place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland and are at least 18 years old on the date of entering the Promotion.

2. In order to use the promotion, the Participant is obliged to purchase the tickets covered by the promotion on the Organiser's website: www.hossoland.pl or at the Park ticket office.

3. By joining the Promotion, the Participant confirms that he/she has read the terms and conditions of the Promotion, accepts the terms and conditions and meets all the criteria required to participate in the Promotion.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The terms and conditions of this Promotion are available on the Organiser's website: www.hossoland.pl.

   Matters not covered by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Rules and Regulations for Online Ticket Sales, available on the website indicated.

2. Promotional tickets offered as part of this Promotion cannot be purchased using the instalment system. Promotional tickets can only be purchased by making a one-time payment of the entire amount due for the ticket.

3. Any complaints relating to the promotion must be made in writing to the Organiser's registered office address or by email to info@hossoland.pl within 14 days of the end of the promotion.

4. The Organiser is not responsible for non-delivery of an online ticket resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the Participant.

5. The number of promotional tickets may be limited. If the pool is exhausted, the promotion may end earlier than scheduled.

6. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or amend the terms and conditions.
