PARKING REGULATIONS AT HOSSOLAND AMUSEMENT PARK

  1. GLOSSARY

Where we use capitalized terms in the following Terms and Conditions, for the purposes of interpretation, we understand them as written below.

  1. Ticket - signifies an entrance ticket to our park.

  2. Guest - You or any other person using Our Park or Car Park.

  3. We, Our - When we write about us, our rights and obligations, we mean our company: Hossoland sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin, address: ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, 70-535 Szczecin, Registry Court where the company's records are kept: District Court Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, XIII Division of the National Court Register, KRS no.: 0000673582, NIP: 8513206892, amount of share capital: PLN 5,000. We are the operator of the Park and the manager and owner of the Park.

  4. Park - Hossoland amusement park, located at the address: Brojce 1, 72-304 Brojce.

  5. Parking - Park area designated for the parking of vehicles, located at Brojce 1, 72-304 Brojce.

  6. Regulations - stands for the document you are currently reading.

  7. Force Majeure - an external circumstance, beyond our control, which we could not have foreseen or prevented, despite exercising due diligence, and which makes it wholly or partially impossible for us to fulfil our contractual obligations. In particular, we consider Force Majeure to be circumstances meeting the above conditions caused by: (i) human factors such as wars, riots, strikes; (ii) environmental factors such as fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, weather anomalies, epidemics and pandemics; (iii) administrative factors such as: public prohibitions and injunctions, blockades, expropriations, the declaration of a state of natural disaster, emergency or martial law, and any other action by legislative or administrative authorities as a result of which it is impossible to fulfil Our obligations in accordance with the relevant legislation, including provisions for the declaration of a state of emergency in connection with an epidemic or any other of a similar nature.

  8. Website - means the Our Park website, which you can find at: https://hossoland.pl/ 

  9. You, your - When we write about you, your rights and obligations, we mean... you, using our Car Park - whether as a Guest, a passenger, or merely as a driver for other Guests or a person who has gained access to the Car Park for another purpose.

 

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    1. Can I use the car park? Parking is available to the public, for a fee, and can also be used by people who are not our guests.

    2. Is the car park guarded? Parking is unguarded, monitored.

    3. What is the provision of a parking space? When you leave your vehicle in the Car Park, you enter into a paid rental agreement with Us for the space you have occupied for the duration of its use, not exceeding 3 consecutive days. Upon termination of the lease, you are obliged to return the parking space to Us in a condition not deteriorated beyond that resulting from its normal use.

    4. When can I use the car park? The Car Park can be used during the opening hours of the Park as indicated on Our Website. We will endeavour to keep the Car Parks open and it will also be possible to leave the Car Park for 30 minutes after the Park closes if there are still Vehicles in the Car Park. Please note that outside of these hours, it may not be possible to get in or out of the Car Park - plan your journey accordingly and do not be surprised by a closed barrier. 

      1. For the safety and comfort of our Guests, we reserve the right to close the entrance to the Car Park if all Parking spaces are full. We do not guarantee parking for every Guest and, with the exception of booking a parking space in advance via the Website - we do not accept any liability for not being able to use the Car Park at any time.

    5. Can I reserve a parking space? You can reserve and pay for parking spaces on our Website. We point out that the information available on the Website, including the price list, is only an invitation to conclude a contract with Us in accordance with Article 71 of the Civil Code, but does not constitute Our offer.

    6. Complaints and liability. With regard to our liability and the rules for filing and processing complaints, the provisions of the Park Rules (Section 5 and 6), which you will find at this link, apply accordingly.

      1. In doing so, we are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles in the Car Park or to items and property left in your vehicle. Please ensure that you leave your possessions appropriately secured each time. If possible, do not leave valuables in plain sight.

    7. How can I contact you? You can contact us on all matters concerning Our Business and the Park:

      1. in person, at the Park Service office, on its premises, or;

      2. by e-mail at info@hossoland.pl, or;

      3. In writing to: Hossoland sp. z o.o. 19 Mała Odrzańska Street, 70-535 Szczecin.

 

 

  1. PARKING FEES

    1. How much does Parking cost? You will find the current prices for Parking space rental in our price list. Please note that if you purchase a Parking Ticket on site (at the barrier or at the ticket counters), we will add an additional service charge to the Parking Ticket price. Its amount can be found in the price list.

    2. Where do I pay for Parking? Parking fees can be paid at the Park ticket office or at the car park (at the ticket machine or at the barrier itself). If you book a parking space online on our Website, the fee is paid in advance at the time of booking and as long as the paid parking time has not been exceeded - using and leaving the Car Park does not require additional payment.

    3. What if we exceed the parking time? In this case, you will be required to pay the missing amount at the ticket office or at the car park counter. 

    4. What if I forgot to pay? A vehicle for which the parking fee has not been paid in full may not leave the Car Park - the barrier and gate allowing exit from the Car Park will not open.

    5. What if I have lost or misplaced my parking ticket? A penalty fee of 30 per cent will be charged for the loss or destruction of a parking ticket PLN. The loss/destruction of a parking ticket does not release you from the obligation to pay for the parking space rental.

  2. RULES FOR THE USE OF THE CAR PARK

    1. What rules apply to me? The provisions of the "Road Traffic Law" in each of the applicable wordings of the day shall apply in the Car Park. In addition:

      1. you are obliged to observe the traffic signs (vertical and horizontal) located in the Car Park.

      2. The maximum speed permitted in the Car Park is 10 km/h.

      3. you are obliged to obey all other signs, rules, regulations, rules and instructions found in the Car Park, as well as all instructions and directions you receive from the Park staff.

      4. Only cars, motorbikes, scooters, bicycles (also electric), scooters (also electric), buses, minibuses, campers may enter the Parking area. No lorries, including trucks, or other vehicles may enter the Car Park without Our consent or the consent of the Car Park staff.  

    2. Can I park where I want? Park your vehicle in any of the marked parking spaces designated for your vehicle, i.e. cars: in the spaces for cars, bus: in the space for buses, motorbike: in the space for motorbikes, etc. On days and times of special occupancy in the Park, the Park staff may coordinate the parking of vehicles: in this case, park in the place indicated by the Park staff.

    3. What is prohibited? It is forbidden in the Car Park to:

      1. Bringing in and possessing explosives, flammable, corrosive or other unsecured hazardous materials that could endanger your life or health or that of other Guests or property;

      2. Parking outside designated parking spaces or in parking spaces designated for other vehicles;

      3. obstructing other Guests from using the car park;

      4. repairing, washing, vacuuming the vehicle, replacing or topping up consumable fluids (coolants, fuel, oils, etc.);

      5. polluting, littering or destroying (including vandalism) the Car Park and its infrastructure, sticking stickers or painting on walls, furniture or other elements of the Car Park's infrastructure;

      6. violating the bodily integrity of other Guests or staff, or destroying or stealing their property;

      7. violating the personal rights of other Guests or staff, including harassing them, oppressing them, behaving aggressively towards them, violating the rules of social coexistence, public order or other actions violating morality, as well as the welfare of minors;

      8. use of profanity or other words commonly regarded as offensive;

      9. smoking, including e-cigarettes;

      10. alcohol consumption;

      11. lighting a fire, e.g. in the form of a bonfire or barbecue;

      12. Bringing in and carrying weapons, explosives, pyrotechnics, flammable materials, alcohol, drugs, narcotics and other dangerous objects, materials and substances that could cause danger to the life or health of Guests and staff;

      13. to enter rooms or areas reserved for staff and authorised persons only, and to move outside areas, paths and routes designated for Guests (including walking on lawns and green areas, unless they have been made available to Guests for this purpose);

      14. to sell, advertise, solicit, promote or conduct fundraising events without Our written consent;

      15. leaving your belongings or luggage unattended.

  3. LIABILITY AND PENALTIES

    1. What happens if I do not comply with the Rules? Guests who do not observe the Rules and Regulations (in particular the prohibitions described in point 4.3 of the Regulaminu), signs and instructions in the Parking area, or do not follow the instructions of the Parking staff, may face the following consequences:

      1. to ask you to leave the Park, the Car Park and have your vehicle removed from the Car Park, including towing your vehicle at your expense;

      2. impose a ban on the Visitor from entering/entering the Park for a specified period;

      3. to the extent permitted by generally applicable law: handing over to authorised authorities if there is a suspicion that the Guest's behaviour may fulfil the characteristics of a crime or offence;

      4. to the extent and in the manner permitted by generally applicable law, including the Law on the Protection of Persons and Property, the application of security measures to ensure the safety of other persons and property;

    2. What if I cause damage? A Guest who has caused damage to property or to a person may be liable for compensation under the general principles of Polish law. As a Guest of the Park you are fully responsible for any damage and destruction caused by you.

    3. Will you return mand ticket costs? In the event of the measures described in this section 5. "Penalties", the Guest shall not have the right to request the return of theThe Park Ticket or the Parking Ticket shall be valid for all or part of the price of the Park Ticket.

    4. What if I leave my vehicle in the car park? If a vehicle is left in the Car Park for more than 3 consecutive days, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities (in cases provided for by law, e.g. if the vehicle poses a safety risk or blocks a fire road). In addition, we will charge fees in the amount ofand PLN 60 for for each consecutive 24-hour period that the vehicle is left on the Car Park. Whenever possible, we will try to contact the owner of the vehicle in order to make arrangements and a date for the collection of the vehicle. As a last resort and in accordance with the rules of common law, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest free public car park, at the vehicle owner's expense and risk.

    5. What damages are you, as the operators of the Park and Car Park, not responsible for? We are not liable for damage caused by Force Majeure, weather conditions or by you or third parties outside our control. We are also not liable for damage caused by interruptions in the supply of utilities such as electricity, gas, water, etc., including those resulting in the need to close the Park or individual attractions, unless the interruption was caused by us.

    6. Accident - how should I behave? If you have been the victim of a crime on the Park or have suffered any injury or trauma of any kind, of whatever nature, please contact Park staff immediately. Such a report will form the basis for claiming any compensation from the Park's insurance policy. 

  4. FINAL PROVISIONS

    1. Are my rights and obligations governed by anything else? To the extent not governed by the Rules and Regulations, the provisions of law generally applicable in the Republic of Poland shall apply.

    2. Are the Rules of Procedure subject to change? We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions, but only for important reasons. We will inform you of any changes by a communication on our Website. By "important reasons" for changes we mean in particular:

      1. changes to common law affecting Our or Your rights or obligations set out in the Terms and Conditions;

      2. the need to comply with orders, judgments, rulings or directives of a governmental authority having jurisdiction over Our business and affecting Our or Your rights or obligations under the Terms and Conditions or with a court ruling applicable to Our business and affecting Our or Your rights or obligations under the Terms and Conditions;

      3. the safety of Visitors or Park or Car Park staff;

      4. improving the quality of the services we provide in the Park or on the Car Park;

    3. When will the changes come into force? Amendments to the Terms and Conditions will come into force on the date indicated in the amendment notice, but, except as described in clauses. 6.2.1 or 6.2.2, in no event will the amendments apply to any contracts entered into with you prior to the effective date of the amendments unless you have expressly agreed to them.

    4. Which version of the Rules of Procedure is this? The version of the Terms and Conditions you are currently reading is effective as of 11.06.2025.

    5. Where can I find the Rules of Procedure? You will find the current version of the Terms and Conditions on our website, in the Park Service office and in the car park. On your request, we will also send it to you by e-mail in .pdf format.
