As Hossoland Ltd, we respect your privacy and are aware that by entrusting us with information about yourself you are placing your trust in us. Therefore, we want to provide you with the most important information about what happens to your personal data that we process. In this Policy we describe how and when we collect your personal data, what we use it for, to whom we transfer it, how long we keep it and what rights you have in this context.

We obtain your personal data directly from you when:

  • you are browsing the Website;

  • you follow and interact with our social media channels;

  • you contact us by e-mail, telephone or other available communication channels;

  • you buy tickets to Hossoland amusement park;

  • You are visiting Hossoland amusement park as a guest; 

  • You are responding to job offers at Hossoland;

  • you are contacting us in the context of business cooperation, advisory or consultancy work, performing and providing services for us;

  • you subscribe to our newsletter;

  • you have consented to the sending of commercial information to your telephone number or e-mail address.

 

  1. PURPOSES AND GROUNDS FOR DATA PROCESSING

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To inform you about our activities and to build a positive image of Hossoland (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO);

  • responding to enquiries and comments received via social media (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA).

Providing your personal data is necessary in order to observe our social media profiles and respond to your queries and comments via these media.

  1. persons who contact Hossoland by email, telephone or other available communication channels:

  • responding to enquiries received (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

The provision of your personal data is necessary to respond to your request forquestions.

  1. people who buy tickets to Hossoland Amusement Park:

  • performance of the contract for the purchase of tickets to Hossoland Amusement Park (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA and additionally, only for persons purchasing special tickets with dedicated discounts - Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA (special ticket for residents of the municipality of Brojce) and Article 9(2)(a) of the DPA (special ticket for pregnant women)).

The provision of your personal data is necessary for the purchase of an entrance ticket, including the purchase of a special discounted ticket. The provision of your name is necessary for the purchase of a two-day ticket and an annual ticket (named tickets).

  1. visitors to Hossoland amusement park:

  • to enable admission and use of services at Hossoland Amusement Park (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA and additionally, only in relation to persons purchasing special tickets with dedicated discounts - Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA (special ticket for residents of the municipality of Brojce) and Article 9(2)(a) of the DPA (special ticket for pregnant women)).

The provision of your personal data is necessary in order to enter and use the Hossoland Amusement Park. 

  1. candidates for Hossoland employees:

  • to carry out the recruitment process and to assess your abilities, competences and suitability for the position you are applying for (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA and Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA);

  • retention of records relating to your job application for the purposes of future recruitment processes - provided you have given your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA);

  • fulfilment of legal obligations that arise from the Labour Code and other provisions of Polish labour law (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA).

Within the scope of the provisions of the Labour Code (art. 221) your provision of personal data is necessary for the recruitment process. For the rest, the provision of data is voluntary and is not a condition for taking part in the recruitment. If you do not want us to process your personal data to a greater extent than specified in the provisions of the Labour Code then simply do not include it in your application.

  • Contact with the employees of our business partners who are legal entities (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);

  • Contact with our sole proprietor business partners (Article 6(1)(b) RODO);

  • The defence and assertion of claims arising from contracts concluded with our business partners (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

The provision of your personal data is necessary for the establishment and operation of a business relationship with Hossoland.

  • To inform you about our activities and to build a positive image of Hossoland (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO);

  • Direct marketing of Hossoland's services (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

The provision of your personal data is entirely voluntary.

  1. persons who have consented to the sending of commercial information to their telephone number or e-mail address:

  • To inform you about our activities and to build a positive image of Hossoland (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO);

  • Direct marketing of the services of Hossoland and cooperating entities (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

The provision of your personal data is entirely voluntary.

- We process: first and last name (compulsory for the purchase of two-day and annual tickets (named tickets)), email address, telephone number; other data you provide voluntarily or are required only for the purchase of special tickets with dedicated discounts;

- in the case of purchase of a special ticket, depending on the type of discount, we may additionally process: data in a document confirming pregnancy (e.g. pregnancy card) and in a document confirming residence in the Brojce Municipality; the processing of the above data takes place through a single presentation of the relevant documents by the person applying for the discount to a Hossoland employee at the park entrance gate - this data is not archived or stored in any way by Hossoland;

  1. visitors to the Hossoland theme park:

- we process: your name, email address, telephone number or other information that you find on your admission ticket;

- in the case of purchase of a special ticket, depending on the type of discount, we may additionally process: data in a document confirming pregnancy (e.g. pregnancy card) and in a document confirming residence in the Brojce Municipality; the processing of the above data takes place through a single presentation of the relevant documents by the person applying for the discount to a Hossoland employee at the park entrance gate - this data is not archived or stored in any way by Hossoland;

  1. candidates for Hossoland employees

- We process: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, information about your education, qualifications and previous employment and other information you voluntarily provide to us;

  1. our business partners (advisors or consultants, contractors and service providers to Hossoland)

- We process: name, VAT number, e-mail address, telephone number;

  1. subscribers to our newsletter

- We process: name, e-mail address;

  1. persons who have consented to the sending of commercial information to their telephone number or e-mail address:

- We process: your name, e-mail address or telephone number (depending on your consent).

 

  1. RETENTION PERIOD

Below you will find out how long we keep the personal data we obtain, depending on the subjects and categories of data processed:

  1. visitors to and users of the Website:

  • We store information about your IP address for as long as it is archived in the logs of the server on which our Website is hosted, i.e. for six months;

  • we store the information contained in the cookies in accordance with the retention periods set out in the table in the section COOKIES Policies.

  • we store the data necessary to follow our social media profiles and respond to your requests via these media for as long as you continue to follow or interact with our profiles, with your interactions such as comments or likes remaining visible even after you stop following our profiles, as long as you do not revoke or delete them.

  • we retain the data necessary to respond to your enquiries for as long as is necessary to resolve your case or as long as is required by the limitation periods laid down by law;

  • In addition, we keep the personal data we need for the defence or assertion of claims for as long as the statutory limitation periods require.

  • we store the data necessary for the performance of the contract for the sale of tickets to Hossoland Amusement Park for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract or as long as the statutory limitation periods for claims require;

  • In addition, we keep the personal data we need for the defence or assertion of claims for as long as the statutory limitation periods require.

  1. visitors to Hossoland amusement park:

  • the data necessary to enable you to enter and use the services at Hossoland Amusement Park, we store for the duration of your visit or for as long as the statutory limitation periods for claims require;

  • In addition, we keep the personal data we need for the defence or assertion of claims for as long as the statutory limitation periods require.

  1. candidates for Hossoland employees:

  • if you do not consent to the processing of your personal data contained in your recruitment documents for the purposes of future recruitment, we will delete this data immediately after the recruitment for the position you are applying for has ended;

  • if you consent to the processing of your personal data contained in your recruitment documents for the purposes of future recruitment, we will retain this data until you withdraw your consent, but for no longer than 2 years after the end of the recruitment.

  • We retain personal data that we obtain through contact with employees of our legal entity business partners and through contact with our sole proprietorship business partners for as long as required by tax law;

  • In addition, we keep the data we need to defend or assert claims arising from contracts concluded with our business partners for as long as the statutory periods of limitation on claims require it.

  • we store the data necessary for your newsletter subscription until you withdraw your consent to receive it.

As we use the services of Google Ireland Limited, Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited Your personal data may be transferred by these entities outside the European Economic Area on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Article 46(2)(c) RODO). Any questions regarding the transfer of data outside the EEA should be addressed directly to these entities.

In relation to our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

You have the right to access and correct information about you at any time if it is incorrect.

Upon your request, we will delete the data collected about you once the purpose for which the data was collected has been fulfilled. You have the right at any time to request that we delete data about you or restrict its processing.

To the extent that personal data are processed by automated means for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) RODO) or on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) RODO, Art. 9(2)(a) RODO), you have the right to receive personal data concerning you from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, and you have the right to send this personal data to another controller without hindrance from our Website.

We do not use any of the information you provide for automated decision-making purposes.

 

  1. ANALYTICAL AND MARKETING TOOLS

We and our business partners employ various solutions and tools used for analytics and marketing purposes. Below you will find basic information about these tools together with an indication of our platform (Website) where we use them. FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM PAGE STATISTICS

On our Website and Application, we use the page statistics function provided by Facebook and Instagram. Page statistics is a function that allows us to view aggregated and anonymous data about the users of our fanpage and to understand the actions taken by visitors. We process the data within the page statistics function as a joint administrator together with Facebook Ireland Limited. GOOGLE ADS

We use Google Ads on our website. This is a tool that allows us to measure the effectiveness of the communication campaigns implemented by Hossoland, allowing us to analyse data such as keywords or the number of unique users. The Google Ads platform also allows our messages to be displayed to people who have visited the Website in the past. GOOGLE TAG MANAGER

We use Google Tag Manager on our Website. This is a JavaScript and HTML tag management system. Tags are small pieces of code that, among other things, are used to measure traffic and analyse visitor behaviour (to understand the impact of our outreach campaigns and social channels, remarketing and targeting, and to test and optimise web pages). We use Google Analytics on our Website.
