Terms and conditions of the promotion "-50% for a second ticket"

1. The organiser of the promotion is Hossoland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered office
   in Szczecin (70-535 Szczecin) at ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, KRS 0000673582, REGON 367051556,
   NIP 8513206892, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".
2. Participant - a person who meets the criteria indicated in §2 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotion - the described promotion is organised under the name: "-50% for a second ticket".
4. The promotion applies to tickets purchased online between 00:00 on 18 July and 23:59 on 31 July 2025. The organiser reserves the right to change the validity date.
5. Under this promotion, you can purchase electronic entrance tickets to Hossoland Amusement Park.
6. The promotion does not combine with other discounts and rebates.
7. Promotional tickets purchased via the website will be sent to the Participant's email address indicated by the Participant in the order.
8. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or amend the terms and conditions.

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the promotion is Hossoland Limited liability company based
   in Szczecin (70-535 Szczecin), at ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number: 0000673582, REGON: 367051556, NIP: 8513206892, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".
2. Participant - a person meeting the conditions specified in §2 of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
3. Terms and Conditions - these terms and conditions of the Promotion.
4. Promotion - this promotion organised under the name "-50% for a second ticket"..
5. The participant can only purchase the tickets covered by the promotion on the website www.hossoland.pl.
6. The promotion only applies to tickets purchased electronically for the high season or low season, according to the Park's opening calendar available on the Organiser's website.
7. To take advantage of the promotion, please add the selected tickets to your basket. A discount of 50% will automatically be applied to every second, cheaper ticket in your order.
8. The promotion does not include the group ticket, child ticket, birthday ticket and parking ticket.
9. Tickets purchased under the promotion will be sent electronically to the email address indicated by the Participant when placing the order.
10. The promotion does not combine with other discounts and rebates.
11. Promotional tickets are not resellable, exchangeable for another ticket type or extendable. It is not possible to add a surcharge for another type of ticket.
12. The purchase of a promotional ticket signifies the Participant's acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

§2 CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

1. The Promotion is only addressed to natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code, who have their place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland and are at least 18 years old on the date of entering the Promotion.
2. In order to take advantage of the promotion, the Participant is required to purchase the tickets covered by the promotion on the Organiser's website: www.hossoland.pl.
3. By joining the Promotion, the Participant confirms that he/she has read the terms and conditions of the Promotion, accepts the terms and conditions and meets all the criteria required to participate in the Promotion.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The terms and conditions of this Promotion are available on the Organiser's website: www.hossoland.pl.
   Matters not covered by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Rules and Regulations for Online Ticket Sales, available on the website indicated.
2. Promotional tickets offered under this promotion cannot be purchased by instalments. Promotional tickets can only be purchased by making a single payment of the total amount due for the ticket.
3. All complaints relating to the promotion must be made in writing to the Organiser's registered office address or by email to: info@hossoland.plwithin 14 days of the end of the promotion.
4. The Organiser is not responsible for non-delivery of a ticket resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the Participant.
5. The number of promotional tickets may be limited. If the pool is exhausted, the promotion may end earlier than scheduled.
6. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or amend the terms and conditions.
