Terms and conditions of the promotion "Be among the first explorers of Hossoland!"

The organiser of the promotion is Hossoland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Szczecin (70-535 Szczecin) at ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, KRS 0000673582, REGON 367051556, NIP 8513206892, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".

Participant - a person who meets the criteria indicated in §2 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3 Promotion - the described promotion is organised under the name: "Be among the first explorers ofHossoland!".

4 The promotion applies to tickets purchased online between 12-17 June 2025 until 23:59.

5. Under this promotion, you can purchase electronic admission tickets to Hossoland Amusement Park at the following prices:

- Normal ticket - 119 PLN/pc. (also applies to a ticket for a person with a disability),

- Concessionary ticket - 105 zł/unit. (applies to: concession ticket up to 120 cm tall, ticket for pregnant women, ticket for seniors),

- Concessionary ticket for a person with a disability - £90/pc.

6. The promotion is valid for the purchase of a ticket on the website https://hossoland.pl.

7. The promotion does not combine with other discounts and rebates.

(8) The promotion does not apply to full-price tickets, 2-day tickets, group tickets, children's tickets, birthday tickets or parking fees.

9. promotional tickets purchased via the website will be sent to the Participant's email address indicated by the Participant in the order.

10. the organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or make changes to the terms and conditions.

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1 The organiser of the promotion is Hossoland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Szczecin (70-535 Szczecin), ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number: 0000673582, REGON: 367051556, NIP: 8513206892, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".

2. Participant - a person who fulfils the conditions specified in §2 of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3. Terms and Conditions - these terms and conditions of the Promotion.

4 Promotion - this promotion organised under the name "Be among the first explorers of Hossoland!".

5 The promotion is valid from 12 June 2025 to 17 June 2025. The organiser reserves the right to change the validity date.

6 The Participant can only purchase the tickets covered by the promotion on the website www.hossoland.pl.

7 The promotion only applies to day tickets purchased electronically for the 2025 season at the following prices:

- Normal ticket - 119 PLN/pc. (also applies to a ticket for a person with a disability),

- Concessionary ticket - 105 zł/unit. (applies to: concession ticket up to 120 cm tall, ticket for pregnant women, ticket for seniors),

- Concessionary ticket for a person with a disability - £90/pc.

8 The promotional tickets can be used from the opening day of the park until the end of the 2025 season, regardless of the low or high season, according to the park's opening calendar available on the Organiser's website.

9. tickets purchased under the promotion will be sent electronically to the email address indicated by the Participant when placing the order.

10. The promotion does not combine with other discounts and rebates.

11 The promotion does not apply to full-price tickets, 2-day tickets, group tickets, children's tickets, birthday tickets or parking fees.

12 Promotional tickets cannot be resold, exchanged for another type of ticket or extended. It is not possible to add a surcharge for another type of ticket.

13 The purchase of a promotional ticket signifies the Participant's acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

The Promo0on shall only be open to natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code, who have their place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland and are at least 18 years old at the date of entering the Promo0on.

2 In order to take advantage of the promotion, the Participant is obliged to purchase the tickets covered by the promotion on the Organiser's website: www.hossoland.pl.

(3) By joining the Promotion, the Participant confirms that he/she has read the terms and conditions of the Promotion, accepts their provisions and meets all the criteria required to participate in the Promotion.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

(1) The terms and conditions of this Promotion are available on the Organiser's website: www.hossoland.pl. Any matters not covered by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Online Ticket Sales, available on the website indicated.

(2) Promotional tickets offered under this promotion cannot be purchased by instalment. Promotional tickets can only be purchased by making a single payment of the total amount due for the ticket.

(3) Any complaints relating to the promotion must be made in writing to the Organiser's registered office address or by email to: reklamacje@hossoland.pl, within 14 days of the end of the promotion.

4. the Organiser shall not be liable for non-delivery of a ticket resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the Participant.

5 The number of promotional tickets may be limited. If the pool is exhausted, the promotion may end earlier than scheduled.

6 The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or make changes to the terms and conditions.
