Terms and conditions of the promotion

Warunki Promocji „Majówka z Wikingami”

1. The organiser of the promotion is Hossoland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered office
   in Szczecin (70-535 Szczecin) at ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, KRS 0000673582, REGON 367051556,
   NIP 8513206892, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".
2. Participant - a person who meets the criteria indicated in §2 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
3. Promocja – opisana promocja organizowana jest pod nazwą: „Majówka z Wikingami”.
4. Promocja dotyczy biletów zakupionych online w dniach od 28 kwietnia do 3 maja 2026 r. do godz. 23:59. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany terminu jej obowiązywania.
5. Electronic admission tickets to Hossoland Theme Park can be purchased under this promotion.
6. The promotion does not combine with other discounts and reductions.
7. Promotional tickets purchased via the website will be sent to the Participant's email address indicated by the Participant in the order.
8. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or make changes
   in the regulations.

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Organizatorem promocji jest Hossoland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością z siedzibą
   in Szczecin (70-535 Szczecin), at ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number: 0000673582, REGON: 367051556, NIP: 8513206892, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".
2. Participant - a person who fulfils the conditions specified in §2 of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
3. Terms and Conditions - these terms and conditions of the Promotion.
4. Promocja – niniejsza promocja organizowana pod nazwą „Majówka z Wikingami”.
5. The Participant can only purchase the tickets covered by the promotion on the website www.hossoland.pl.
6. Promocja dotyczy wyłącznie biletów zakupionych w formie elektronicznej na sezon niski, zgodnie
   z kalendarzem otwarcia parku dostępnym na stronie internetowej Organizatora.
7. To make use of the promotion, please add the selected tickets to your basket. The discount will automatically be applied to all tickets, except for the parking ticket.
8. Tickets purchased under the promotion will be sent electronically to the email address indicated by the Participant when placing the order.
9. The promotion does not combine with other discounts and reductions.
10. Promotional tickets cannot be resold, exchanged for another type of ticket or extended. It is not possible to add a different type of ticket.
11. The purchase of a promotional ticket signifies the Participant's acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

1. The Promotion is only addressed to natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code, who have their place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland and are at least 18 years old on the date of entering the Promotion.
2. W celu skorzystania z promocji, Uczestnik zobowiązany jest do zakupu biletów objętych promocją na stronie internetowej Organizatora: www.hossoland.pl.
3. By joining the Promotion, the Participant confirms that he/she has read the terms and conditions of the Promotion, accepts the terms and conditions and meets all the criteria required to participate in the Promotion.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The terms and conditions of this Promotion are available on the Organiser's website: www.hossoland.pl.
   Matters not covered by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Rules and Regulations for Online Ticket Sales, available on the website indicated.
2. Promotional tickets offered as part of this Promotion cannot be purchased using the instalment system. Promotional tickets can only be purchased by making a one-time payment of the entire amount due for the ticket.
3. Any complaints relating to the promotion must be made in writing to the Organiser's registered office address or by email to info@hossoland.pl within 14 days of the end of the promotion.
4. The Organiser is not responsible for non-delivery of a ticket resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the Participant.
5. The number of promotional tickets may be limited. If the pool is exhausted, the promotion may end earlier than scheduled.
6. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or amend the terms and conditions.
