Warunki promocji „Przedsprzedaż 2026”

1. The organiser of the promotion is Hossoland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Szczecin (70-535 Szczecin) at ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, KRS 0000673582, REGON 367051556, NIP 8513206892, hereinafter referred to as the „Organiser”.

2. Participant - a person who meets the criteria indicated in §2 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion - the described promotion is organised under the name: „Przedsprzedaż 2026”.

4. Promocja dotyczy biletów zakupionych online w dniach od 7 kwietnia 2026 r. od godz. 10:00 do 24 kwietnia 2026 r. do godz. 23:59. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany terminu jej obowiązywania.

5. Na podstawie tej promocji można zakupić bilety wstępu w formie elektronicznej do Parku Rozrywki
   Hossoland.

6. The promotion does not combine with other discounts and reductions.
7. Promocja nie obejmuje biletów grupowych, dziecięcych, urodzinowych oraz opłaty za parking.
8. Promotional tickets purchased via the website will be sent to the Participant's email address indicated by the Participant in the order.
9. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or make changes
   in the regulations.

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the promotion is Hossoland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością z siedzibą w Szczecinie (70-535 Szczecin), przy ul. Mała Odrzańska 19, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców KRS: 0000673582, REGON: 367051556, NIP: 8513206892, zwana dalej „Organizatorem”.

2. Participant - a person who fulfils the conditions specified in §2 of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3. Terms and Conditions - these terms and conditions of the Promotion.

4. Promotion - this promotion organised under the name „Przedsprzedaż 2026”.

5. The Participant can only purchase the tickets covered by the promotion on the website www.hossoland.pl.

6. Promocja dotyczy wyłącznie biletów zakupionych w formie elektronicznej na sezon niski, zgodnie z kalendarzem otwarcia parku dostępnym na stronie internetowej Organizatora.

7. Aby skorzystać z promocji, należy dodać do koszyka co najmniej dwa promocyjne bilety. Zniżka w wysokości 50% zostanie automatycznie naliczona na tańszy z dwóch biletów. W przypadku zakupu większej liczby biletów promocja naliczana jest za każdą kolejną parę biletów, przy czym rabat 50% obejmuje tańszy bilet w danej parze. Jeśli oba bilety w parze mają taką samą cenę, rabat zostanie naliczony na jeden z nich.

8. Tickets purchased under the promotion will be sent electronically to the email address indicated by the Participant when placing the order.

9. Bilety objęte promocją Uczestnik może zakupić wyłącznie na stronie internetowej www.hossoland.pl

10. Tickets purchased under the promotion will be sent electronically to the email address indicated by the Participant when placing the order.

11. The promotion does not combine with other discounts and reductions.

12. Promocja nie obejmuje biletów grupowych, dziecięcych, urodzinowych oraz opłaty za parking.

13. Promotional tickets are not resellable, exchangeable for another ticket type or extendable. It is not possible to add a surcharge for another type of ticket.

14. The purchase of a promotional ticket signifies the Participant's acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

1. The Promotion is only addressed to natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code, who have their place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland and are at least 18 years old on the date of entering the Promotion.

3. By joining the Promotion, the Participant confirms that he/she has read the terms and conditions of the Promotion, accepts the terms and conditions and meets all the criteria required to participate in the Promotion.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Warunki niniejszej Promocji są dostępne na stronie internetowej Organizatora: www.hossoland.pl. W kwestiach nieobjętych niniejszym regulaminem obowiązują zapisy Regulaminu sprzedaży biletów online, dostępnego na wskazanej stronie.

2. Promotional tickets offered as part of this Promotion cannot be purchased using the instalment system. Promotional tickets can only be purchased by making a one-time payment of the entire amount due for the ticket.

3. Wszelkie reklamacje związane z promocją należy zgłaszać pisemnie na adres siedziby Organizatora lub mailowo na adres: info@hossoland.plwithin 14 days of the end of the promotion.

4. The Organiser is not responsible for non-delivery of a ticket resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the Participant.

5. The number of promotional tickets may be limited. If the pool is exhausted, the promotion may end earlier than scheduled.

6. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or amend the terms and conditions.
