    in Szczecin (70-535 Szczecin) at ul. Ma\u0142a Odrza\u0144ska 19, KRS 0000673582, REGON 367051556,
    NIP 8513206892, hereinafter referred to as the \"Organiser\". <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    1. Participant - a person who meets the criteria indicated in \u00a72 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    2. Promotion - the described promotion is organised under the name: \"<\/span><\/span>Wakacyjna promocja<\/b><\/span><\/span>\".<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    3. Promocja dotyczy bilet\u00f3w zakupionych online w dniach od 6 lipca 2026 r. od godz. 12:00 do 19 lipca 2026 r. do godz. 23:59. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany terminu jej obowi\u0105zywania.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    4. Electronic admission tickets to Hossoland Theme Park can be purchased under this promotion.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    5. The promotion does not combine with other discounts and reductions.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    6. Promotional tickets purchased via the website will be sent to the Participant's email address indicated by the Participant in the order.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    7. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or make changes
      in the regulations.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      \u00a71 GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>

      1. The organiser of the promotion is <\/span><\/span>Hossoland Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105<\/b><\/span><\/span> based
        in Szczecin (70-535 Szczecin), at ul. Ma\u0142a Odrza\u0144ska 19, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number: 0000673582, REGON: 367051556, NIP: 8513206892, hereinafter referred to as the \"Organiser\".<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      2. Participant - a person who fulfils the conditions specified in \u00a72 of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      3. Terms and Conditions - these terms and conditions of the Promotion.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      4. Promotion - this promotion organised under the name <\/span><\/span>\u201eWakacyjna promocja\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      5. The Participant can only purchase the tickets covered by the promotion on the website www.hossoland.pl.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      6. The promotion only applies to tickets purchased electronically for the high season or low season, according to the park's opening calendar available on the Organiser's website.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      7. Aby skorzysta\u0107 z promocji nale\u017cy doda\u0107 do koszyka cztery promocyjne bilety. Zni\u017cka zostanie automatycznie naliczona na najta\u0144szy z nich. Je\u015bli wszystkie bilety maj\u0105 tak\u0105 sam\u0105 cen\u0119, rabat zostanie przyznany na jeden z nich.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      8. Tickets purchased under the promotion will be sent electronically to the email address indicated by the Participant when placing the order.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      9. Promocja nie obejmuje bilet\u00f3w dzieci\u0119cych, urodzinowych oraz op\u0142aty za parking.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      10. Promotional tickets are not resellable, exchangeable for another ticket type or extendable. It is not possible to add a surcharge for another type of ticket.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      11. The purchase of a promotional ticket signifies the Participant's acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        \u00a72 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>

        1. The Promotion is only addressed to natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code, who have their place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland and are at least 18 years old on the date of entering the Promotion.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        2. In order to use the promotion, the Participant shall purchase the tickets covered by the promotion on the Organiser's website: <\/span><\/span>www.hossoland.pl.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        3. By joining the Promotion, the Participant confirms that he\/she has read the terms and conditions of the Promotion, accepts the terms and conditions and meets all the criteria required to participate in the Promotion.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

          \u00a73 FINAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>

          1. The terms and conditions of this Promotion are available on the Organiser's website: www.hossoland.pl.
            Matters not covered by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Rules and Regulations for Online Ticket Sales, available on the website indicated.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

          2. Promotional tickets offered as part of this Promotion cannot be purchased using the instalment system. Promotional tickets can only be purchased by making a one-time payment of the entire amount due for the ticket.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

          3. Any complaints relating to the promotion must be made in writing to the Organiser's registered office address or by email to info@hossoland.pl within 14 days of the end of the promotion.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

          4. The Organiser is not responsible for non-delivery of a ticket resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the Participant.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

          5. The number of promotional tickets may be limited. If the pool is exhausted, the promotion may end earlier than scheduled.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

          6. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, cancel it or amend the terms and conditions.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>
